Back Orders

If the item you would like is out of stock, you may request a back order by contacting us at inquiries@dominiquerouzier.com.  
We will respond to your email within 48 hours as to the future availability of that item.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within New York state.  If you are outside New York please check
your state's current laws regarding your purchases over the Internet.

Shipping

We will  process your order  within 48 hours of receipt.  Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select.
Overnight and second day delivery is available upon request. Shipping charges will depend on total weight and destination of
the shipment.


Returns and Exchanges

Returns for full credit will be given within 30 days of purchase.  We will credit your original method of payment, excluding
shipping and handling charges.  Exchanges or store credit  up to 60 days from date of purchase. No returns, exchanges or
store credits will be issued after 60 days from date of purchase.  Please send items securely wrapped.  Previously worn or
damaged articles may not returned.   Exchanges or merchandise credit only on sale items.  All sample sales are final.

If you are exchanging merchandise for another product, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipping charges
are not refundable. Please note that shipping fees will also apply to your replacement merchandise.

If you would like to return or exchange items purchased from our website please follow these instructions:

1.          Please be sure your exchange or return complies with the our policy above.
2.          Place items you'd like to return in a suitable shipping box.
3.          Enclose a copy of the original invoice.
4.          Provide reason for your return

We do not provide return postage. Please choose a shipper that will provide a tracking number as we cannot be responsible
for lost packages.  Please allow ample time for receipt and processing of your exchange.  Once your credit is processed a
copy of the credit memo will be e-mailed to you.
